He said the position for the first time is hindering the creation of an investigative commission. While stressing that it stands behind the decision not to participate in the vote.
As far as the court's decision on electricity tariffs is being rejected, Tahiri said how tomorrow he will proceed with criminal collusion in the Special Prosecutor for each of the ZRE members.
On January 17th, the Energy Regulatory Office had come up with proposals for increased bills, as energy prices had increased in European markets as well, thus affecting Kosovo's imports prices.
After analyzing the comments, the Energy Regulatory Office on February 8th approved the deployment of the tariff bloc at 800 kilowatts for electricity consumers in Kosovo.
The ZRR changed its decision after, under preliminary recommendation, they demanded that the price of electricity be increased for consumers spending over 600 kilowatts. For subsidisation of these tariffs, the government allocated around 90m euros. But that this subsidy is only envisioned by the end of this year, as long as the tariffs apply by 31 March 2023.
The PDK decided to head to the court, which imposed temporary measures on the Energy Regulatory Office's decision to expensive electricity. But electricity bills are being calculated with the price, which from the ZRRE alone argues with the interpretation that activating the first degree does not become executable.
