The former mayor of Kamenica municipality, Central Kastrati, is insisting that Education Minister Arberie Nagavci must resign, all after the Court has found it violated the Constitution, writes Periscopi.
Through a post in his Facebook account, Kastrati says the minister's violation has also diverted civic will in the last elections.
He has even co-ordinated graphics showing the election outcome in the municipality of Kamenica, in villages where reforms were respected, and in villages where there were anti-unconstitutional interventions.
“As a consequence of this unconstitutional intervention, today the majority of the parents of these 5 villages had no chance to understand reform correctly, as did the parents of 14 villages that have respected the decision. As a result of this unconstitutional intervention, children in these five villages have now lost their pre-school year and outside the rules follow a classroom above, even though they have never formally passed the preliminary class. As a result of this constitutional intervention, the will of citizens in the election was diverted, as you can see in the related graphs”, it wrote.
His full post:
Nagavci's constitutional offense also diverted civic will in the election. This is a dangerous precedent.
From the beginning we were aware that there will be resistance to reform for a while, but we were convinced that once you started applying, your parents and students would be happily separated. This was confirmed in 14 villages where reforms were respected. From such schools, you can ask any student freely if he would return to the class where he was. The answer is unequivocal.
What prevented us from starting was political interference, even though I had previously consulted all political subjects from which I received support.
In the spring of last year, parents began to think seriously about sending their children to schools that were designated by the Communists. That was because it was the end of the school year and they were concerned about the loss of the year for their children. Priestly when parents were about to send their children, Nagavci intervened with a decision on supplementary learning in what were already composed in another school.
Although the additional teaching we like Komuna offered to all the students who were in danger of losing their school year, even though we had warned the minister that this supplementary teaching could only be organized by municipalities and that its intervention would be a violation, it was not even considered by Mrs. Nagavci. Aware that this is a shift in the competencies of the municipality, the minister made the decision to open those schools, which was proven a constitutional violation by the Constitutional Court.
As a result of this unconstitutional intervention, today most of the parents of these 5 villages had no chance to understand reform correctly, as did the parents of the 14 - village children who have respected the decision. As a result of this unconstitutional intervention, children in these five villages have now lost their pre-school year and outside the rules follow a classroom above, even though they have never formally passed the preliminary class. As a result of this constitutional intervention, the will of citizens in the election was diverted, as you can see in attached graphics.
Minister Nagavci's resignation is necessary for the political culture we need to build. Nagavci's resignation is necessary that no one violate our country's democracy.
