SPAK exposes police: MP Alqi Blaco was arrested today, you had to save him

The SPAK came out with official announcement concerning the arrest of former Socialist delegation Alqi Blako. The Special Prosecutor undermines claims by the State Police, which announces false news. The SPAK report states that since March 30th, Alqi Blaco had to be under surveillance.

The announcement further stresses that the order to arrest Blaco has been sent to the State Police since 15:45 yesterday. And the execution is done today.

Under the 2020 criminal prosecution investigation No.187, at the Penal Acts Report Record at the Special Prosecutor's Office of 18.03.2022, the name of citizens Alqi Blako, born in Ersreca and residential Tirana, has been registered as suspected of committing criminal acts “Using” task, in co-operation and “passive corruption of high state officials or locals”, envisioned by articles 248, 25 and 260 of the Penal Code.

With the No.2407 Prot letter, 2903.22, Special Prosecutor's Leadership has asked the Republic of Albania's Parliament granting authorisation for the arrest of MP Alqi Blako. The request was accompanied by relevant documentation.

With the letter No.1274/4 Prot., the date 29.03.2022, coming from the Parliament, we have been notified that the request for authorisation for the arrest of MP Alqi Blako will be considered at the Council's meeting for Order, Mandat and Immmunity, which will be conducted by the date 30.03.2022, 18.00.

With the letter No.2407/4 Prot., the date 30.03.2022 we have announced the Police General's Office on the request submitted in the Assembly to grant authorisation for the arrest of MP Alqi Blaco, asking him to be monitored by the MP and to inform the prosecutor of the case whether the MP would appear at the exit of the territory of the Republic of Albania.

The Assembly of the Republic of Albania, with the letter No.1274/7 Prot., the date 30.03.2022 (came to Special Prosecutor at 19.40), has informed us of the annulment of the Council's meeting for Order, Mandatte and Immunity, because the MP has filed a request for the MP's mandate. Article 71, point 2, letter “ ” of the Constitution predicts: “...the MP's mandate is over...”.

With the letter 2407/6 prot., the date 30.03.22 (designed in court at 20.30) by the Special Prosecutor of the First Century Court for Corruption and Organised Crime, the appointment of the personal security measure “prison arrest” for the citizen Alqi Blako, as suspected of carrying out the criminal acts envisioned by us 248, 25 and 260 of the Penal Code.

By ruling No.26, the 3103.2022, Court of First Scale for Corruption and Organised Crime has set the measure of personal security “prison arrest” for citizen Alqi Blako. The decision was made available by the Special Prosecutor at 3:30 on the 3103.22.

At 3:45, dated 3103.22, the court's decision on setting up security measures against citizens Alqi Blaco has been handed over to state police facilities. The verdict was executed by State Police at 3:30 on the 01.04.2022.
