The year-Sokol Haliti, chairman of the municipality of the Year, has exercised indictments against the deputy of the Vetevendosje Movement, Nijazi Isaac, former mayor of the Year's Assembly from the order of the Vetevendosje Movement, Arsim Ademi, and to the official of this party in the year, Bislim Bislimaj for slander allegedly committed to him during the time of the local elections in the Year.
According to the indictment of November 11, 2021, provided by “Justice Trust”, it is said that indictees Nijazi Isaac, Edsim Ademi and Bislim Bislimaj, in press conferences given in local media “Television”, in the year, had knowingly issued derogatory statements against the plaintiff Sokol Haliti and other municipal officials, spreading false statements and attempting to damage the plaintiff's reputation.
The indictment reportedly, the first indictee, Arsim Ademi, in the quality of the candidate for mayor of the Year, from the Vetevendosje Movement to the 2021 local elections, with the aim of hurting personality, making public lynching to the mayor of the municipality, now to the plaintiffs and public officials, on local television “Plus Television”, has issued a statement stressing that “we have a criminal group that misuses the 2007 Commission budget. Citizens of the Year look at this servile that is barking at citizens of the Year with little jobs as if I'm close to you, to face-to-face, only to get their vote and steal and plunder in the name of their” vote.
In the indictment it is said, even Vetevendosje Movement MP Nijazi Isaac, at the press conference given to local media “Plus Television”, on November 7, 2021, in the same form he slandered and insulted the mayor of the Communists, Sokol Halit, as well as other Communist officials, by displacing the case with the “rape of the minor body”.
Even the third indictee, Bislim Bislimaj, at the news conference, has reportedly charged nonhumanly, calling it “Monstrum”, accuser Haliti and his cabinet's chief, Jakup Haxhiun, saying the same “have the same place in madness and not in prison”, if the same concerns the insulation of the case of minor violation, which are baseless and deminative.
According to the indictment, these statements have now caused the plaintiffs great damage both by name and by his reputation, which is said to be in public opinion.
By this indictment, President Haliti is asking the court to approve his indictment in all, and to force indictees to compensate for 100 thousand euros.
He is also demanding that indictees be obliged to seek public forgiveness through the indictment. /Betimy for Justice
