Serbia at UN KS: Kosovo institutions' actions towards Serbs are being taken in order to intimidate them

Serbia at the UN Security Council session is being represented by its Foreign Minister Nikola Selakovic, where in his speech as always being victimised, he has demanded that Kosovo be punished if for its actions towards Serbs in the country's north, Periscopi follows. Selakovic has cited the failure to allow Serbian elections in Kosovo, where, according to him, it has been a violation of the defined mandate of the OSCE mission.
“CENT 999) Citizens in Kosovo have been hampered by participation in the elections of the Republic of Serbia that have been violations among others and the clearly defined mandate of the O mission The SEU's about organising elections. In doing so, government institutions there have once again demonstrated character”, he said.
Serbian Foreign Minister has also cited the Kosovo Special Unit landing in the country's north in the case of setting up plates, where these actions of institutions are only being done to intimidate Serbs there.
On September 20th, the institutions have deployed Special Police Units with armoured vehicles confiscated registration signs in northern Kosovo, and the way this was done has shown that the goal has been to intimidate Serbs in northern Kosovo, and what has resulted has been the justified revolt of the local population. Serbs who are victims of such references do not consider these wounds as painful as those are acts undertaken by these institutions both in the south and north of Ibri. I mentioned this as quote by (Serbian citizen) from Zvecan in northern Kosovo, while he was hospitalised on 13 October. Members of the Kosovo Police have wounded him in the back with firearms while making an attack on northern Kosovo for the 9th time that is illegal under the Brussels Agreement. We would prefer his name to be seen in the report we are discussing today”, he said.
Selakovic says that in Kosovo the work of the judiciary is fair, because by him the acts are taken according to ethnicity and not by law and justice.
“Frika and uncertainty among Serbs and not other Albanians in northern Kosovo are also being caused by the work being carried out by the judiciary acting with secret charges contrary to all international standards. The sad reality is that Kosovo, if you are a Serb, can be sentenced to many years in prison on unverified evidence, with unreasonable and groundless evidence. Actuals are taken on the basis of ethnicity, not on the basis of law and justice”, says Nikola Selakovic. /Periscopi/
