Pro-rus-captive politician seeks to exchange for Marioupolis residents

Medvedchuk, a close ally of Vladimir Putin, who was captured by Ukrainian forces earlier this month, prayed to be exchanged with residents and troops in Marioupol.

Addressing Putin and Zelenski, he said those in the city were blocked without access to humanitarian corridors.
