Minister of Education, Science, Technology and innovation ( MAKT), Arberie Nagavci, says it is currently no time for strikes that have been warned by the SBASAK.
According to her, the Kosovo government is working hard and strikes and protests are unnecessary due to student learning losses.
Education Minister for Kosovo Press has indicated that, along with teachers and SBASK, they must give their best to improve the results in education.
On Saturday, SBASAK President Nundman Jashari warned protests on April 8th and then strike after April 20th.
“I don't believe it's time for the strike, the Government of Kosovo is working hard. The losses in students have been huge, so I believe that, along with all teachers and SBASK, they should give the best for our children. There is a great need for improved results in education”, Nagavci said.
The SBASK is demanding that, until the adoption of the Law of Salaries, education workers will be added 100 euros in salaries.
