Minister Lieburn Aliu signed agreements with UBT, where he is employed with his cabinet chief

Lieburn Aliu, Minister of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure is openly favouring UBT College, from which he receives a well-earned salary, writes Periscope.

The signature in the deal was put, the minister, Libun Aliu, and college director U. BT, Edmond Hajrizi.

Ali's signing could cost measures by the Anti-Corruption Agency for any conflict of interest.
