Lieburn Aliu, Minister of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure is openly favouring UBT College, from which he receives a well-earned salary, writes Periscope.

“Today, we signed the agreement defining the frameworks of institutional co-operation between the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure and the “Colleges UBT”, in the areas of common interest, in accordance with legal competencies, in drafting, application and implementation of projects, elations and joint studies, scientific research, organisation and realisation of professional forums, conferences and scientific symposiums, the realisation of mutual professional consultations, providing opportunities for professional practice for students, harmonisation of educational content with labour market needs, and the functionality of joint professional and scientific institutions<3x>, Aliu reports.
The signature in the deal was put, the minister, Libun Aliu, and college director U. BT, Edmond Hajrizi.
Ali's signing could cost measures by the Anti-Corruption Agency for any conflict of interest.
