The justice ministry accuses the Prosecutor of the Swiss Astrit Dehar report: It went on propaganda.

Despite the obstacles they have decided, individuals or groups who are still trying to escape the whiteening of the Dehar case, they cannot challenge justice altogether.

The Ministry of Justice makes it clear again, that in its mandate, within the competencies it has every step, any action to strengthen the justice system on the one hand and respond to each requirement for full justice for Astrit Deharin”, the communiqué says.

Otherwise, the Special Prosecutor has announced that on April 1st he has accepted the report by the Swiss Institute of Legal Medicine in Lozanne, concerning the Astrit Deharit case.

According to the prosecution, the report on expertise of the Law Medicine Institute in Lozanne, Switzerland, in the case of Astrit Dehar, states:

Analyses of the AND, from objects that have been in contact with the deceased, Astrit Dehari, in close proximity to death, (bric shave, pen connected with a shoe tie and a piece of metal, have not shown AND profile in addition to him, Astrit Dehari.

Toxicological analysis of the peripheral blood of Astrit Dehar, has shown the presence of caffeine and the lack of ethanol.

“As far as implementation of the deceased body has no recommendation on expertise and the same has not been recommended for the body to be examined in view of how much time has passed”, the statement says.

According to the prosecution, the report was accepted in French, while on April 8th it was accepted translated.

“Special Procuroria reports that the expertise report has been accepted in French and then sent for translation into Albanian. Meanwhile, on the date 08.04.2022, around 15:30, we accepted the report translated into Albanian”, reportedly in the Prosecutor's announcement.

Justice for Astrit Deharin is a test of the justice system.

Civic calls “Astrin/Astrin”! are called for triumph of justice. Justice must be complete, by no means flawed. Clearly, far from confusing. That's correct, in full investigations that have to be carried out and with scientific expertise.

The Astrit Dehar case has shaken every citizen of the Republic of Kosovo.

We are all witnesses, since the news that Astrit Dehar is no longer alive, a series of implications of institutions, be they of justice, as well as the media of power back then, rushed to trumpet “the murder” of Astrit Deharit.
