Ukraine has agreed to become a country of neutral status, as Russia is looking for, writes Periscopi.
Italy is one of the first countries to emerge as guarantors for neutral status for Ukraine.
“The Italian government ready to contribute to the peace process and be guarantor for the neutrality of Ukraine”, said Italy's Foreign Affairs Minister Louis Di Mayo.
Talks between the two countries are continuing and it remains to be seen if they will find solutions. /Periscopi/
