Today, at midday, three officials from the Ministry of Infrastructure quit their jobs for a while. They appeared in court over an indictment that is pressing on them for corruption. Then, from the same court, they returned to work as if nothing had happened.
There has long been an indictment against three officials of the Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure, Isa Berisha, Mirdi Emini and Leonora Bacaj -Liman. But the three accused are continuing to go to work regularly, even having decision - making positions. They're not suspended by the Ministry.
All three are present today at the Pristina Court of Them. But, with the prosecutor's proposal, Habibe Salihu has been closed to media publishing witness testimony in the case where former Secretary Betim Recica, and officials Isa Berisha, Leonora Limani and Mirdi Emini are accused of misusing the tender for the Gjilan highway.

The judge, Musa Kondzhel, made the decision he approved by prosecutor Salihu's proposal, with which witness testimony will not be published until their hearing is completed.
