(4 years ago)The Kosovo government has long since today until 1600 p.m. to give a thought about the draft law withdrawing means from the Trust. If this does not happen, the bill will be returned to the Assembly and treated according to the procedure for adopting laws. So the Democratic Party MP [...] told Klankosova.

So Kosovo Democratic Party deputy Bekim Haxhiu announced about Klankosova.
“According to parliamentary procedure for adoption of laws, the Government has a 30-day deadline to give the bill its opinion on the bill, means by this day prove 0.00”
“After the 30th day of the bill is returned to the Parliamentary Process and handled according to the procedure for adopting the first and second reading laws. Respectfully from tomorrow the bill comes to the Assembly and is distributed to deputies”.
If this bill, proposed by the PDK, passes citizens will be allowed to withdraw up to 30 percent of the means from the Pension Savings Fund.
The idea of a withdrawal of resources from the Trust also brought clashes between the opposition and position deputies.
MP The PDK stressed that it believes the bill will pass.
