German President: Putin and Lavrov to Face Tribunal for War Crimes

German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier has called for a war crimes tribulal against Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, the newspaper Der Spiegel quoted.

Whoever's responsible for these crimes has to explain himself”, Steinmeier said in an interview for Der Spiegel, follows Periscope.

It includes soldiers, commanders and, of course, those with political responsibilities”, he said.
