Freedom House publishes report on level of democracy in Kosovo

On a scale of between 1 and 7 points, where 1 is the lowest degree of democracy, according to this year's report Kosovo marked a progress of 3,14 points in its preliminary report to 3.25.
The increase is marked in the country's democratic governance category, which was 2.50 points in last year's report, while this year is 3.00.
Ratings for the independence of the judiciary have also increased to 2.75, unlike 2.50, as it was in the previous report, while all other estimates remain unchanged from a year ago.
Of the countries in the region, the situation has deteriorated in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, while in Montenegro and North Macedonia, the situation is unchanged compared to last year. / VOA/
