The case occurred at the Pizzerina in the Queens neighbourhood, whose owners are two Albanians from Ulcinj, Loie Suljovic and his father Qazim Suljovic.
The father was stabbed nine times and along with the boy suffered severe lung wounds.
The elderly woman was also stabbed in the back by one of the robbers.
The 38-year-old Albanian in an interview for Top Channel showed how the case had happened past Klankosova.tv.
He said that he would do the same again whenever someone needed help.
Loie Suljovic stressed that he visits Albania whenever possible.

The elderly woman told the police that the suspects had approached her from behind and had been pushed into her bag with a knife.
Father and son received assessments from the municipal council, while a foundation in GoFound Me, has been opened for them to help heal Qazim.
