“As regards disrespecting the Energy Regulatory Office's decision in this case to suspend the price of electricity increase, since the Energy Regulatory Office has already declared it several times that it will not respect a court decision to suspend the price. The electricity fee has continued with new tariffs. We are due tomorrow to proceed to Special Prosecutor with criminal charges for each member except the Office of Electrical Regulatory”, he has indicated.
Tahiri further has stressed that this taxation is illegal and should not be implemented.
