Regarding reports of Kosovo Ambassador to Croatia Martin Berisha, who is involved in a financial scandal in Slovenia, Parliamentary Commission for Foreign Affairs Chairman Haki Abazi has said that the work of electoral campaigns in Slovenia has become a dirty job.

So said Abazi at RTV Dukagjini, when asked whether Ambassador Berishaaj should be dismissed after Slovenian media reports, where it says Berishaj has become part of a scheme, where the money sent by a Serbian company was transferred to another Montenegrin company, whose owner is Ambassador Martin Berisha himself.

The fact is that there has been an electoral campaign in Slovenia two days before the elections, Janez Jansha, has used all of his weapons as has been customized by those who see themselves on the side of the loser to use the arsenal against the prime minister, and in this arsenal he has used both names and situations and relations that he has thought might make the reverse candidate look worse”, he has said.

According to him, the disaster is that a dirty “dirty campaigning has become, especially when it comes from a camp that is connected to networks that have used their political position”, Abazi added.

As Ahaz pointed out, those who degrade the hero's position from the position of those who destroy their country's productive economic base will certainly hit the electorate.

By contrast, Berisha, who was rumoured in the media that he is involved in a financial scandal in Slovenia's state, has said Friday that the charges against him are not true.

Berishajaj, through a Facebook post, has said he will sue the portal, which he claims he slanders.

Despite the pre-election campaign in Slovenia and last night's confrontation between leading political acts, Mr. Mr. Janša and Mr. Gorob, where the writing of Planet TV about my name was denied, from today, my indictment against the portal in question, paves the way for the final word of the court. It is not right to be merely confident in justice and truth. We must also defend justice and truth. Otherwise the slander becomes normal”, Berisha wrote.

According to Slovenian media, Berisha has become part of a scheme, where money sent by a Serbian company was transferred to another Montenegrin company, whose owner is Kosovo Ambassador Martin Berisha.

The withdrawal of money by Ambassador Berisha, according to Slovenian media, was made by two accounts.
