In this regard, Blerim Latifi, professor of political philosophy, has reacted.
He says there may be armed incidents in the north from tomorrow.
We should not be surprised if armed incidents begin tomorrow in the north. Putin's paramilitary gangs will not leave the vacuum created by the lack of agreement”, Latif writes in his Facebook account.
The first several days on Kosovo police were just a test test test test of the activity of these gangs”, he added.
On September 30th of last year in Brussels a temporary agreement has been reached regarding the plates, provided a final agreement is reached within six months.

Latif's complete writing:
A license agreement has been reached in Brussels. We should not be surprised if armed incidents in the north begin tomorrow. Putin's paramilitary gangs will not leave the vacuum created by the lack of agreement. The first several days of attacks on Kosovo police were only a test test test of the operations of these gangs.
Long live the state of Kosovo!
Thanks to the brave Kosovo Police boys!
