Arian Salihu and Leart Luma have also been admitted to the detention centre in Pristina.
Arian Salihu is the brother of Alban Salih, the head of the Vetvendosje Council group in the Municipal Assembly in Lipjan, who has also been a candidate for municipal assembly.

The other accepted candidate, Leart Luma, is the son of Sami Luma, who has also been the candidate for the municipal assembly in Lipjan.

Once you get into double profiles on Facebook, you can see the proximity they have to the Vetevendosje Movement. They're militants from Albin Kurti's party.
At the Pristina detention centre except Arian Salih and Leart River have also been admitted to Asdren Hasani, Blerim Uxmajli Bojan Zivic, Kaltrin Dervisolli, Labinot Rexhepi, Liridon Vrebovci, Muhamed Imer and Valmir Shkodra.

Days ago the Insander newspaper reported research to other militants employed at the Kosovo Correcting Service.
Insander has discovered that the Kosovo Correcting Service has made legal violations to employ the militants of the Vetevendosje Movement. The Correcting Service operating within the Justice Ministry has hired 50 people in January.
Inseder's research into suspicious employment in the Correcting Service comes days after publishing research by Insander on the employment scandal at the Kosovo Energy Corporation, where dozens of militants and family members of the ruling party, the Vetevendosje Movement, were employed.
After the pressure the Insander newspaper has put on them for several days in a row, the Kosovo Correcting Service today has made public the list of the full names of people who have been accepted as a corrective official through a competition announced in December 2021.
Although they had been admitted weeks earlier, trying to hide the names of candidates that have been admitted, the institution had initially violated the law by publishing the full list of personal numbers of candidates, but then erased it from the USKK official page.
Who are the people admitted to being close to the ruling party:
After Inseder has managed to secure Full list of 50 accepted candidates, which later made it public even on their Facebook page, a new network of employing militants of the ruling party of Vetevendosje was discovered.
The first name to print this list is Abednego Salkay which was admitted to the Straight Center in Dubrav. He's from Istog City Hall. In 2017 he was the candidate of the Vetevendosje Movement for Municipal Assembly.

Another candidate who has been part of the Vetevendosje Movement is Veton Lajqi Who in his Facebook account published photographs of Prime Minister Albin Kurti of President Vjosa Osmani.
But after some research done by the newspaper, the person in question deleted these posts after seeing it being investigated by Insander. But we own the photos before he deletes them from Facebook.
The other person who's been admitted to this competition is Liridon Vrbovci. He in his Facebook account is seen as a fan of the Vetevendosje Movement.
Apart from employing Vetevendosje sympathisers, the USKK has broken the law by employing a person who is older than allowed in the competition.
It's about Labinos Rexhepi Which in July is 33 years old, while applying in December after passing age. Competition criteria said candidate should be 18-33
Insander has contacted the media office in the Correcting Service who, through a written response, have said that the selection commission is based on regulations.
The selection commission, based on regulations for the recruiting procedures for correctional officials, has developed the recruiting procedure and announced the results of candidates' assessment”, is said to be in their response to the Isader.
While the other legal violation the SKK has made by publishing the candidate's personal numbers has argued as “misspelled” their publication.
“List of candidates for correctional or personal numbers has been used for internal use and the same has been mispublished, the moment the same was observed is removed from the web page”, said in response.
Polles by candidates rejected
For this competition, Insander has also secured a complaint that has been filed by a candidate who is not accepted and who, according to him, has met all conditions.
In his complaint, he claims that militants of the Vetevendosje Movement and people close to the Ministry of Justice have been accepted on this list.

He told Inseder wanting to remain anonymous that 90% of the people accepted on that list are militants and family members of Vetevendosje.
The newspaper Insander has written to people who have been admitted to the Kosovo Correcting Service, who are close to the ruling party, but the same have not returned.
We point out that after the Inseder investigation for irregularities in the USKK contest, Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu said he sent the case to the police.
