The launcher at the Kramatorsk railway station marked the words “for children”, writes Sky News, records Periscope.
On the other hand, Russia's Defence Ministry has said Ukraine has attacked its people while denying responsibility for the missile attack at the train station where more than 30 people remained dead.
The Ministry said it was a missile that was used only by the Ukrainian Army.
