According to foreign media, Parish, who has represented Tiverton and Honiton in Devon since 2010, said it had been a “ment of madness”.
He said the first time it was accidental after watching a tractor page, but the second time at House of Commons was intentional.
He was suspended by the Conservative Party on Friday over the charges.
Two female colleagues claimed to have seen him watch the content of the films growing on his phone while sitting next to them.
In an exclusive interview with BBC South West, Parish said: “The situation was so funny, it was the tractors I was looking at.
I went into another website that had a very similar name and I saw it for a while, which I shouldn't have done”
But my biggest crime is that in another case I went in for the second time”.
