Armend Zemaj mocks VVA's deputies: Albin's here. Now he's making your votes.

Because of the lack of some VV deputies at the Assembly session, some bills did not pass due to quorum. Kosovo Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca has criticised the position in the Assembly because they said they have numbers to pass the bills that are in order today, but 61 votes were missing.
After the other VV deputies arrived at the assembly, several bills were passed.
With 61 votes for, no abstention and no counter has been adopted in principle Bill No.08/ L-116 for changing and completing Law No. 04/L-197 for chemicals.
Also, with 61 votes per, no counter and no abstention in the Assembly has passed in principle the No.08/ Bill. L-120 for food.
With the same result, Bill No.08/ L-112 for changes and fulfillments of Law No. 02/L-26 for agricultural land.
