Albania's Central State Archives funds (AQSH) preserves a huge number of documentary units, among them original manuscripts of special importance to the country's history related to this election process, and all stemmed from the activity of the National Council.
Dimitrier Kacimbra was the inherited chairman of the National Council from the 1920 Lushnja Congress.
After the opening session by Dimitrier Kacimbara, Pandeli Evangeli takes the second as elected to lead the National Council in this legislature.
The process of the first session of the National Council is preserved in the original in AQSH and is by no means published in certain versions, the first in 1921.
The 1921 parliament, which was formed after this election process -- the first in the country -- is known for its high level of representation since the elected were the most vocal intellectuals of the time.
Apart from the original documentary units associated with this legislature and the following, publications can be found in the Central State Archives Library, with the speeches of MPs speaking at this first historic session that established parliamentarians in Albania.
The building in which parliament was gathered, in 1928-1939, became the Royal Pallat “and today is the seat of the Albanian Academy of Sciences. /Kp
