Ukraine's security institutions have come up with an announcement on the Russian plan to damage their country's agriculture.

According to the announcement, the Russian forces' current actions on Ukrainian agriculture aimed at damaging and jeopardising springtime crops.
This, Ukrainian authorities say, is being done in order to trigger a humanitarian crisis in various regions of Ukraine.
However, these efforts by Russia, according to Ukrainian Intelligence, are not aimed at harming only their country.

“Occupants are continuing the practice of attacking civilians. This is a flagrant violation of the fundamental principles of international law”.
