Ukrainian media, Kyiv Independent, has reported that the Ukrainian Security Service has tapped telephone calls proving that Russian troops near Kharkiv were ordered to shoot civilians, including children, broadcast The Guardian.
The Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights has documented, since Tuesday, at least 170 people killed in the Kharkiv region, including five children.
