Speaking at a joint conference in Lviv, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said they had agreed to organise a meeting between Putin and Zelensky.
And the Turkish minister said that “exists the possibility that both leaders meet if there is a basis for a” agreement.
We said yesterday that we would be happy to wait”, Cavusoglu said.
The bases must be prepared for a leadership-level meeting as soon as possible”, he added.
Kuleba said he hopes Turkey would not take sides and that it could serve as a guarantor of any peace agreement between states. / REL
