Dumtro Kuleba said Yevhen Matveyev is “beaten” by Russian forces, reports The Guardian, presented the Express.
“Today, Russian war criminals kidnapped another democratically elected Ukrainian mayor, the leader of Dneproudne Yevhen Matveyev. Taking zero local support, invaders return to terror. I call on all international states and organisations to stop Russian terror against Ukraine and democracy”, Kuleba said.
