“Today, Russian war criminals kidnapped another democratically elected Ukrainian mayor, the leader of Dneproudne Yevhen Matveyev. Taking zero local support, invaders return to terror. I call on all international states and organisations to stop Russian terror against Ukraine and democracy”, Kuleba said.
