The demand for the investigation is, according to them, for misuse of public money, either for the licensing of several taxis with electric cars to organise passenger transport.
According to the municipality, the decision was made at the time of the chairmanship of Shpend Ahemti and has asked for auditing on this.
Because the decision in question was taken shortly before the coming of the new governing administration, the new local government has immediately demanded extraordinary auditing in terms of the case is pending audit results, and in terms of investigative bodies, we are open to any demands that law bodies may have”, says the municipality's announcement.
