Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said that judges and no prosecutors are involved. After the KDR decided to suspend the chairman of the Foundation Court in Mitrovica, Ljiljana Stevanovic, who attended the Security Meeting called by President Vuciq. For her suspension, the Serbian List organised protests today in northern Mitrovica.
Kurti has written on Twitter that the Judiciary is independent of the government, and perhaps President Vuciq dismisss judges and prosecutors, but that happens in Kosovo.
I am neither president nor member of the Kosovo Judiciary Council. The judiciary is independent of the government. Perhaps in Serbia the president is suspending and dismissing judges and prosecutors. This is not the case in Kosovo or with Judge Stevanovic. We are the most democratic country in the Western Balkans, completely in line with the EU and NATO”, Kurti wrote.
I'm neither carirman nor remember of ? Southern Council. Judiciary is independent from Govt. Maybe in Serbia the president excepts & returns judges & prosecutors. That's not the case in? Or w/Judge Stevanovic. We're the most demographic country in WB6, really wrongdoing w/? & NATO.

Minister for Communities and Kthim Goran Rakiq, during the protest, was held north of Mitrovica, has said none of them working in Kosovo institutions in the north until the head of the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica, Ljiljana Stevanovic.
“According to the information we received this morning, me and the mayors of the municipalities, the judges of the Serbian Nationality, and the workers of the court, the judicial organs today have not gone to work. From today in support of the dismissed Court Speaker, they too have been suspended and so will be until Ljiljana Stevanovic does not return to work”, Rakic said from the protest.
“Since today, all of us, political representatives working in Kosovo institutions, have been suspended and will not perform any duties until the tribunal's president, Ljiljana Stevanovic, is returned. This also means that all police representatives have been suspended and will not perform the task until Ljiljana Stevanoviqi is returned to her country” has said Rakic.
We're not gonna work any of us until we get the judge back to work. Nobody's scared, I'm sending orders to Kurt and the police in the North. We'll stay here and fight for our rights. We don't want anything more than Albanians do. We don't want to take anything from someone, we just want it to belong to” he added.
The northern Mitrovica municipality has exposed Serbian List leader Goran Rakic, who said all employees in Kosovo's institutions in the north will suspend the job until the head of the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica, Ljiljana Stevanovic, is back to work.
