Former Justice Minister: Kosovo seeks closure of Special Court

Former Justice Minister Selim Selim Selimi has said Kosovo should seek closure of the Special Court.

Selimi, through a post in his Facebook profile, has written that the Presidency, Parliament and the Government of Kosovo should start acting and initiate institutional efforts for the necessary legal changes in order to close this court “fabricated in Moscow and Belgrade”.

According to him, under these new circumstances it is unforgivable for Kosovo to remain silent for this historic injustice.

Kosovo in close co-operation with the US and the EU should begin consultations with the request for the Special Court conclusion process in The Hague.
