Kiev wants the Court to take urgent measures and order Russia “to immediately suspend military operations”.
Meanwhile, the US Senate calls for investigation into Putin's war crimes.
The United States Senate unanimously adopted a resolution condemning Russian President Vladimir Putin as a <x0 criminal war”.
The resolution, presented by Republican Lindsey Graham and backed by senators from both sides, encourages the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague and other countries to prosecute Moscow's army for war crimes committed in Ukraine. /A2 CNN
