Earlier it was reported that the Russian atomic energy agency Rosatom said two nuclear power plants in Ukraine were headed by Ukrainian staff, despite being taken over by Russian troops, writes Sky NeWs, the Periscope broadcast.
The International Atomic Energy Agency now says Ukraine has told him that Russia plans to take full and permanent control of the nuclear power plant in Zaporizhja something the Russians deny.
