Gunshots in South Mitrovica arrested two people

Kosovo police, in South Mitrovica, have seized two weapons and arrested two suspected persons in a car.

According to initial investigations and provided evidence, the two detainees are suspected that in Kqiq, Mitrovica, they fired guns into the air and later with their vehicle had left.

“Mby the database of reasonable information and suspicion of shooting guns, police units have managed to identify and arrest two suspected persons who were on the move with their vehicle. During the search inside the car, two pistol-type weapons, which suspects did not possess access to weapons”, the report said.

In quality of the suspects were interviewed by two people -- both citizens of the Republic of Kosovo -- the same after interviewing by the prosecutor's order have been released in regular procedure.

The case for criminal work, ownership, control and unauthorized possession of weapons and use of weapons has been initiated, says the communique.
