Foods that pose the highest risk to coronary heart disease

Hot dogs contain sodium, full, conservative fats, which make it especially harmful to the heart. In addition to hot dogs, the list of the most harmful foods includes tasty meat (gutstal) and bacon, reports Eat This, Not That.
According to an analysis published at the Current Atherosclerosis Reports, the consumption of processed meat leads to a higher risk of coronary heart disease compared with raw red meat. The processed meat may contain up to 400 times the highest sodium level.

A review of 13 group studies from 2021 came to a similar conclusion. Regular consumption of processed meat increases the risk of coronary diseases by 18 percent, while raw meat increases it by only nine percent.
Some people replace the above - mentioned food with beef or turkey.

Experts warn, however, that even these foods are not so healthy. In fact, refined meat should be avoided as much as possible.
