Not only Elsa Lila, other renowned Albanian artists who were arrested after they were caught with drugs

In January 1998, renowned actor Victor Zusti was arrested in Greece, where the media wrote that he was seized with 11kg of heroin. The actor was sentenced to 18 years in prison by the Greek Court for this work, but he served only four years.

Koco Devole was arrested in Italy on November 9, 2003, after 5kg of cocaine was found in the trunk of his car. He served his eight-month sentence of freedom at the Rimini prison and was released in June of that year, after being acquitted.

Liliana Kondak was arrested in Thessaloniki for the Italian justice account, which had sentenced the Albanian singer in absentia on charges of trafficking narcotics. At the time, she had been declared an internationally seeking person as a member of one of Italy's drug trafficking gangs. Earlier, the singer was arrested in Italy after being caught at a 3kg cocaine train station in her bag, which she claimed was unaware of and had donated to a fan. It must be said that Ljiljana Kondak has always denied the allegations of involvement and has declared that he was trapped. The renowned artist, however, served the sentence for cocaine trafficking two years and eight months in Italy and was released in January 2013.
