Those who have more at this moment must bear more burdens. We need to facilitate those who have fewer pensioners in the first place, families in economic aid, paraplegics, tetraplegics, who do not typically have four - wheel - drives and cars, to which we cannot carry an increased energy bill”, Rama said.
