Ukrainian Economy Minister Yulia Svrydenko says this estimate is based on infrastructure damage, loss of economic growth and other factors.
Fighting has damaged 8 thousand kilometers of roads and 10 million square metres of homes, Svrydenko said in a post in social media.
Russia continues to say it is conducting a special military operation in Ukraine aimed at demilitarising the country, which began on the morning of February 24th.
