Klonkosova.tv told the chairman of the Rrugor Transport Association, Ruzhdi Kurtisaj, who added that this decision adds to the condition of carriers, especially after the drastic increase in oil prices.
“As the association, we strongly oppose this decision, as well as as as it will not find implementation by economic operators. This decision is completely contrary to the Transport Law, but many other laws --” said Curtisaj.
Curtisaj, among other things, says the decision in question will be implemented only if the ministry provides subvention instructions.
Clankosova.tv has contacted Deputy Minister of Infrastructure, Environment and Spatial Planning Hysen Durmishi, who said the decision remains unchanged and those who do not comply will be fined.
This prize goes into effect immediately and remains so until the normalisation of oil derivative prices. There is no change in this decision, the inspectors will be on the ground, and if this award is not respected for the specified categories, then there will be fines and punishable by companies that ignore this decision”, Durmish told Clankosova.tv.

This decision is based on Article 22, paragraph 3, of the Law on Transport, and that this decision is binding on all inter-run lines companies”, he said.
