American official: Putin is being deceived by his advisers, not telling him the truth about the losses

An American official told Fox News on Wednesday that Vladimir Putin did not even know his army was using and losing militia in Ukraine, showing a clean break in the flow of accurate information to Russian President, writes Fox News, records Periscope.

“We believe Putin has been malnourished by his advisers about how weak his army is performing and how Russia's economy is being hit by sanctions because his advisers are too afraid to tell him the truth”, the official added.
