Abazovic has said Montenegro's foreign policy is presented in the best possible way as he has expressed the position that Montenegro stands by the EU and NATO, as well as condemns the invasion of Ukraine by Russia.
Montenegro's “foreign policy has been presented in the best possible way, and all should have it clear that we strongly support our partners in the EU and NATO and condemn the Russian invasion of Ukraine, that we strongly support the territorial integrity of Ukraine and the Ukrainian people, but the people of the Russian federation who oppose the fight of their political elite in the 21st century”.
On the other hand, he has said officials from Turkey have said Montenegro is their reliable partner.
