At the beginning of the session, Judge Donika Shala-Abdyli has announced that the previous session has also been postponed because the parties have wanted to proceed with procedure and mediation, but the same one said that the sides damaged over the telephone have been contacted and the same haven't responded.
Postponing the session has proposed the indictment, which said it would try to contact again with the damaged side in order to agree to refer the issue to mediation procedure, reports the “Justice Vow”.
The proposal for delaying the session has not even opposed prosecutor Menduh Kastrati.
“We do not object to the defendant's proposal, let it also be given an opportunity for the next session to ensure the presence of the damaged side, so that if even the damaged side agrees we will not challenge the will of both sides to go into mediation procedure”, prosecutor Kastrati has said.
Judge Shala-Abdyli has approved the prosecution's proposal Brbatovci for the postponement of the session, while the next is scheduled on 9 March.
Otherwise, according to the indictment filed on January 30th 2019, defendant Brbatovci, on December 25, 2019, at the “store. Emporium” in Pristina, with illegal property benefits, has managed to get a T-shirt worth 69 euros and 90 cents, a 35-euro bail set, with what the store has done damage to “Emporium”, worth about 104 euros and 9 cents.
With this, the defendant Brbatovci is accused of committing criminal work “vs.”, from Article 125 paragraph 1 of the Penal Code. /Betimy for Justice
