23 years ago, these men decided on Kosovo's fate. But on this anniversary, three Kosovo institutional leaders -- Vjosa Osamni, Albin Kurti and Glauk Konjufca -- did not say a word for the Rambouillet conference.
None of these three institutional leaders' offices have responded to the Clan for this silence.
Kurti during the war and after that, and then Konjufca as his co-party has been declared against the Rambouillet conference, but someone appreciates this approach must be changed.
