Kosovo has entered the list of 12 CDC countries, which pose a risk of being visited because of the high number of cases with COVID-19. The CDC has urged Americans to avoid Kosovo and 11 other states during this time, Washingtonpost reports.
The Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has added 12 other destinations to the list of countries that Americans should avoid because of the large number of cases of Ovid-19.
Among the 12 new countries were Kosovo, which during the month of January has recorded large numbers of new cases with the virus.
Mexico, which does not require visitors to show evidence of vaccination or a negative test of coronary, is now considered a location in “Nivelin 4” in terms of COVID.
States that include popular tourist destinations like: Cabo San Lucas, Cancún and Mexico City are seen as cases infected with the Omitron version rise significantly.
Countries and other territories that passed on Monday to the highest level of CDC on infection are: Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, French Guiana, Anguilla, St. Vincent and Grenadinet, Kosovo, Moldova, Singapore and the Philippines.
The list of “level 4” includes more than 100 destinations, with some known Caribbean islands added last week.
The CDC says that people who need to travel to these countries should make sure they are vaccinated against the Coronobrus.
Even if you are vaccinated with your vaccines for COVID-19, you may still be in danger of taking and spreading COVID-19”, the agency says.
The U.S. State Department changed its travel instructions for Monday, which means “mos travel” due to Ovid-19.
