Hoxhaj on the end of Fidan spoke of the intentions of this visit.
He indicated Lajcak has told them at closed meetings that are for mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia.
One of the goals of the visit is that if the European Union does not speak of mutual recognition, Mr Lajcak said we are on the same line as the US. We at closed meetings have been told that I am for mutual recognition, and the EU's stance is for mutual recognition, because we have pressured”, Hoxhaj said.
He added that for this they had pressured foreigners as long as the minister of foreign affairs to establish a name for the end of the process.
“As soon as I was foreign minister we asked, why don't you name the end of the process. Here again Kosovo has holy partner America, where during Trump's first time it was clear that dialogue must end with mutual recognition. Now the position of Biden, Blinken's position, Havener's, is the same, should focus on mutual recognition”, Hoxhaj said.
