Invited to Descu of KTV, Hoxhaj claims that recognising Lajcak after co-operating with him, according to Slovakia's non-recognition does not affect the work Lajcak is doing in terms of dialogue.
So he was declared after commenting on statements by Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislim during yesterday's interview at the same studio.
I heard last night in the interview Mr. President had had had. Bislimi. What impressed me is that when you deal with foreign policy themes, I have to protect people. This has nothing to do with what must be somebody's servile. You don't hire someone if there's a good reason. Borrell and Lajcak are there, we can criticize all day, but Borrell has not been appointed to that position because he has to deal with Kosovo and he is Spanish, should the European Union find a mediator who would be less partial than Lajcak because of his position with Kosovo, it may be debated, but I think Lajcak would recognise Kosovo because I think he knows what he thinks about Kosovo<1>, Hoxhaj said.
According to him, the Kosovo government during this time must come up with a list of principles and topics to talk about with Serbia.
“Should have a fuller strategic opinion of what they think to reach”, he added.
