How much should fever enter the womb of citizens? Property verification law hits VV Together with Guxa

List MP Daorsa Kica-Jeli has said she is not of the same opinion with Vetevendosje Movement MP Dimal Basha over the statement that those who have been working illegal should be afraid of implementing the Law for managing sequentised and confiscated property.

Kica-Jeli said all citizens can fear this law because of lack of information, not because they committed crimes.

I think in principle we're all knowing what the main goal of this bill is. We're going to follow all those who have won illegally. Even our hesitations here are legal. I don't agree with my colleague that this Law has to be feared only by those who committed crimes because all the ordinary secular-juridician citizens who fear implementation not because they committed crimes but don't know, they don't understand the application of this law, and these clarifications are something necessary”, she said at the Committee's meeting on Legislation.

She said fear is not something negative.

Don't get scared like something negative. On the contrary, I think fear is the only way to avoid problems in law enforcement. Much of my concerns you addressed and I feel good”, she said.

Vetevendosje Movement MP Dimal Basha has said that those who have misused official office must be afraid of the Law to administer seized and sequential property.

He said honest people have no reason to fear.

Who would want to be afraid except those who have stolen? Honest people do not need to be scared or put forward such fears. Fear of falling into Constitutional or that may follow legal problems there are reasonable. Fears that could follow may be reasonable. But the fear of those people who fear this bill is those who have been mishandled by official duty and who I think are tasked with turning the money where they took the”, Basha said at the Committee for Legislation meeting.
