A recent study analyzed the way some people ate and ate food by dividing it into several categories.
For four days in a row, the first group consumed all meals between 8: 00 p.m. and 2: 00 p.m.

At the end of the trial period, researchers found that the first group did not burn many calories but suffered a decline in appetite.

Meal grouping is not suitable for all
Researchers explain that grouping all mealtimes within a timepiece is not an appropriate approach for all.
