Court: Minister Svechla be forced into session for the occasion where he had thrown stones and bottles of police

The Constitutional Court in Pristina has issued a warrant for commitment to the session to Interior Affairs Minister Jalal Svecla, and Agron Kabashi, after they missed the same session Thursday. Svechla, Dardan Molyqaj, Arsim Maqastena, Pajtim Havolli, Agron Kabashi, Egzon Azemi, Pajtim Demaj, Frasher Krasniqi, Nol Nushi, Bekim Shkodra, Africa Hoxha, Sami Avdiu and Beli are charged with throwing stones, color, glass spheres, bottles, pyrotechnic vehicles in the direction of members of police where four police were easily injured.
Such a decision was taken by case judge Erol Gashi, as for accused Svecla and Kabashi the court had evidence that the same were regularly invited, while their absence has not reasoned.
To accused Kabashi Judge Gashi said the same one has refused to appear in court, so the ordinance was issued to him for forced behaviour at the next session.
Also, there was a shortage of Paying Demaj, Sami Avidu, Nol Niushi, Frasher Krasniqi and Bekim Shkodra. Regarding the absence of indictees Demaj and Avdiu, the judge stated that the court has yet to accept the license to ascertain whether the same have been regularly invited.
While, for the accused Nushi and Shkodra, according to the judge, the court on December 22nd 2021 has issued the ordinance for forced behaviour, but until the time of holding this session, the court has not accepted any official announcement concerning the implementation of this ordinance from the Pristina Police Station Centre.
In addition to the absence of indictee Krasniqi, Judge Gashi stated that the court had issued an ordinance for forced bring, but, according to the announcement of the North Pristina Police Station, the same one was not found at the address given under the ordinance. On the other hand, Judge Gashi said police reportedly have communicated with the accused's parent Krasniqi, who had declared that for his son there is no information about where he lives.
After the prosecution's findings to the parties, Azemi said it was nearly two years before the same prosecutor asked to be equipped with the subject papers, but according to him it did not fulfill its obligation.
In this regard, the prosecutor stated that in the prosecutor's administration he would verify whether there is any such request, and all parties that are not unsurpassed with the subject paperwork could address this prosecutor.
Attending were prosecutor Besart Mustafa, Dardan Moliqaj, Egzon Azemi, Africa Maqastena, Pajtim Havolli, Africa Hoxha and Besnik Celaj.
Since conditions for keeping initial examination were not met, the next session was extended indefinitely. /Betimy for Justice
