Bariqiri: The Presidency's Transparence, three months for a banal response

Beqiri through a Facebook post, has made it known that he has sought access to public documents in the President's Office since last year, but only now has he been returned to an answer that isn't even what he asked for.
With October 26th of last year, I requested access to public documents at the President's Office, but I received answers these days, but not what I wanted. The law on access to public documents envisions that the answer, permission or not, should be returned within 7 days, while I have been delayed over 3 months”, writes Beqiri, escorts Periscopi.
He has further said that this “transparency is not”, adding that “this is a violation of the law and discrimination because another medium has been allowed access to public documents in the shortest and faster time”.
I have complained to the Agency for Information and Privateship (Agencia, who when choosing the new leader was deeply praised by civil society and several NGOs), but my complaint has not been taken into account, while for the same media has had an effect. The president is called in transparency, but he does not seem to be referring to the transparency he mentioned before coming to that armchair. FLM:”, Beqiri concluded.

The law on access to public documents envisions that the answer, permission or not, should be returned within 7 days, while I have been delayed for over three months. (Next you can find the presidency's reasons for the delay)
Only transparency is not that, but law violations and discrimination because another medium has been allowed access to public documents in a shorter and faster term.
I complained at the Agency for Information and Privateness (Agent, which when choosing the new leader, was deeply praised by civil society and some NGOs), but my complaint had nothing to do with it, while the same media had an effect.
The president is called in transparency, but he does not seem to be referring to the transparency he mentioned before coming to that armchair. Thank you.PERISCOP/
