Kuci on the Pressing show in T7 said it's neither Afghanistan nor Costa Rica.
He has indicated at the moment that the first recognition of the state of Kosovo has arrived.
“Recording recognitions of Sãodu to name, this state that has recognised Kosovo is not the first, has been another state. There was another country, not the one we wrote his name”, said Kuci.
He has also described with emotion the moment the US ambassador has sent recognition to Kosovo.
